Integris specializes in international ERP implementations, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and AX 2012. These solutions are designed to make it easier to do business in multiple locations through standardization of processes, adaptation to local regulatory requirements and a multilingual interface accessible through a browser.
In addition to full ERP system implementations, a significant part of our business is roll-out projects. This includes all versions of the system, both Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and Dynamics AX. They usually involve the implementation of the system in a Polish company based on a model developed in the foreign headquarters.
An essential part of such a project is the implementation of the Polish Localisation, which includes functionalities specific to our country. A significant portion of these features is related to formal requirements concerning tax, customs, and reporting regulations. Typically, there are also numerous client-specific requirements stemming directly from their experience, unique processes, or the way the Polish subsidiary is managed.
Roll-out projects are often carried out in cooperation with a foreign partner who supported the implementation within the given organization. We have many years of experience in this type of collaboration, partly thanks to Integris’ membership in the DynamicsPact group (formerly AXPact). We have worked with dozens of partners, following the methodologies they adopted. This allows for the optimization of model creation, task division, and the implementation process itself.
In addition to implementing the standard localisation package included in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP software, we also offer a list of proprietary additional functionalities that are often essential or useful to Polish clients. These include, for example, solutions related to JPK (Standard Audit File for Tax) or Split Payment.
