Integration of Microsoft Dynamics with other systems

Today's businesses often use multiple specialized applications to support their operations. In a dynamic and complex business environment, it becomes critical to seamlessly integrate these systems to ensure efficiency, data integrity and process automation.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (formerly Dynamics AX) works well as a central platform for integrating different areas of a company's operations. In order for the ERP system to effectively exchange data with other applications, it is necessary to create dedicated integration interfaces. Thanks to them, it is possible to adapt the system to the specific requirements of the organization and ensure communication between different IT environments.

We have extensive experience in designing and implementing proprietary integration solutions, tailored to meet the most demanding needs of our clients. We offer various integration mechanisms, such as API, EDI, Webservice and XML and CSV files.

It is worth noting that some of the challenges specific to older versions of Dynamics AX have been solved in newer versions of Dynamics 365, which offer advanced integration functionalities.

1. Courier companies

  • Integrations with courier companies such as: Raben, GLS, FedEx, DSV, and Geodis
  • Integration with courier companies' Webservice to send shipments, track their status, retrieve shipping labels and documents, and transfer transport documentation, including the carriage of dangerous goods (ADR).

  • Bank integrations: BNP Paribas, NBP, Santander, PKO BP

3. Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

  • Interface with the external Logifact WMS Essentia system, enabling, among other things, the registration of employee shift changes, monitoring of material consumption for production, blocking the use of materials not included in the bill of materials, recording of production waste, reporting of finished goods, generating printouts and shipping labels, and conducting quality control.
  • Integration with the external STOSY system, automating the picking of goods for shipment by processing data from an external application. This includes information on picked goods, their warehouse dimensions, and shipment tracking.
  • Integration with the high-bay warehouse management system class WMS Qguar from Quantum (packaged software)
  • Interface with the WMS system from HIT Barcode
  • Integration with the client’s proprietary warehouse management solution (WMS – SEMP – Pallet Location Recording System)

4. MES systems

  • Integration with the external Scada system, involving communication with industrial automation devices to retrieve information about consumed raw materials and produced goods
  • Integration with the external SCHELLING HPO system, involving the export of production order data
  • Integration with the external LEAbox system, involving the automation of the process of creating production orders imported from the external LEA system along with BOM and routing
  • Integration with the external Gema and Logopack system, involving the automation of production orders
  • Interfaces to devices such as laboratory scales and barcode printers

5. Transportation Management Systems" (TMS)

  • Integration with TMS Genetix including the transfer of sales order data, route planning in the TMS system, and the return of data to the AX2012 system. It enables automatic creation of shipments and loads in the system, as well as the execution of goods dispatch from warehouses.
  • Integration with Transporeon in the area responsible for procurement management
  • Loading and unloading optimization with Optilo

  • Vehicle fleet management systems, e.g., Supervisor

  • Integration with VIES involving the verification of contractor data in the VIES database with the option to block inactive contractors during posting

  • Integrations with EDI systems enabling information exchange, including the import of sales orders and the export of delivery notes (WZ) and sales VAT invoices in a standardized format

    2. w celu przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacji, na podstawie Pani/Pana zgody na przetwarzanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych, w tym procesów rekrutacji w przyszłości, tj. danych osobowych innych niż wskazane w punkcie a. powyżej, przekazanych w CV, formularzu, liście motywacyjnym i innych dokumentach. Podstawą przetwarzania jest ww. zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) RODO),
    3. w celu realizacji uzasadnionego interesu administratora w zakresie danych pozyskanych od Pani/Pana w trakcie procesu rekrutacji w związku ze sprawdzeniem Pani/Pana umiejętności i zdolności potrzebnych do pracy na określonym w ogłoszeniu stanowisku. Podstawą przetwarzania tych danych jest nasz uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO),
    4. w celu realizacji uzasadnionego interesu administratora na wypadek prawnej potrzeby wykazania faktów, wykazania wykonania obowiązków (podstawa z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO),
    5. w celu przeprowadzenia przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych, na podstawie Pani/Pana zgody na przetwarzane danych osobowych przekazanych w CV, formularzu, liście motywacyjnym i innych dokumentach. Podstawą przetwarzania jest ta zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) RODO).
  4. W związku z przetwarzaniem danych w celach wskazanych powyżej dane osobowe mogą być udostępnione innym odbiorcom, tj.:
    1. podmiotom upoważnionym do odbioru danych osobowych na podstawie odpowiednich przepisów prawa;
    2. podmiotom, które przetwarzają dane osobowe w imieniu Administratora danych osobowych, na podstawie zawartej umowy powierzenia przetwarzania danych osobowych (tzw. podmioty przetwarzające).
  5. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez okres niezbędny do realizacji wskazanych w pkt. 3 celów przetwarzania, w tym również obowiązku archiwizacyjnego wynikającego z przepisu prawa.
  6. W związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych, na podstawie przepisów prawa, posiada Pani/Pan prawo do:
    1. dostępu do treści swoich danych, na podstawie art. 15 RODO;
    2. sprostowania danych, na podstawie art. 16 RODO;
    3. usunięcia danych, na podstawie art. 17 RODO;
    4. ograniczenia przetwarzania, na podstawie art. 18 RODO;
    5. wniesienia sprzeciwu, na podstawie art. 21 RODO.
  7. W przypadku, w którym przetwarzanie danych odbywa się na podstawie wyrażonej zgody, przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do jej cofnięcia, w dowolnym momencie, w formie, w jakiej została ona wyrażona, bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem. Od tego momentu Pani/Pana dane nie będą przetwarzane.
  8. Ma Pani/Pan prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego - Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (z siedzibą: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa), gdy uzna Pani/Pan, że przetwarzanie danych osobowych narusza przepisy o ochronie danych osobowych.
  9. Gdy podanie danych osobowych wynika z przepisów prawa, jest Pani/Pan zobowiązana(y) do ich podania. Konsekwencją niepodania danych osobowych będzie nierozpoznanie sprawy.
  10. Dane nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany, w tym również w formie profilowania.
